Toronto Sun: The $7.4 billion in new spending for the Canada Worker Lockdown Benefit, the Tourism and Hospitality Recovery Program, the Hardest Hit Business Recovery Program and more isn’t your normal press release announcement with a vote and spending to happen later. The spending begins Sunday but Parliament won’t even begin to vote on these measures for another month.
