On October 12, Toronto Public Health (TPH) noted the CBC’s main headquarters in Toronto as having a COVID outbreak, according to a Counter Signal report. The outbreak at the CBC’s main office was declared after reports of at least two cases of COVID at the building in a two-week time frame. TPH considers two or more cases at a workplace with 20 or more employees an “outbreak.”"
