However, it adds, some foreign states and non-state actors try to acquire technologies or forge commercial partnerships that can potentially jeopardize Canada's national security and long-term economic prosperity.'
What they won't say plainly is that the Communist Chinese are stealing Canadian intellectual property, technology, etc., nonstop and with impunity. The time has come to block all investment from CCP-affiliated persons or corporations, and kick out all students from the CCP-occupied mainland.
