Toronto Sun: 'A new audit has found that 911 calls were only answered within the recommended 15 seconds or less on average for 123 days in 2021.
'For 175 days last year, callers experienced an average 15-to-30-second wait, while for 62 days the average wait was 30 seconds to one minute.
'At least 13,260 calls were left ringing for more than a minute and at least 424 for more than four minutes, the Toronto auditor general notes.'
