The CBC's gleeful promotion of its 'Genocide Games' coverage is shameful

National Post: "Canada’s national broadcaster can’t contain its enthusiasm for what Beijing’s critics, notably those among the Uyghur diaspora, have come to call the Genocide Games. This isn’t to be churlish about the CBC — the corporation possesses the lucrative broadcasting rights for Olympics coverage in Canada, after all. But come on. This isn’t coverage.

"It’s non-stop, round-the-clock advertorials and gleefully enthusiastic promotional features, and the Winter Games don’t even officially start until Friday. It’s nauseating."
