Nature lockdowns Ontario & Quebec with winter storm

Global News: "Severe winter weather in Ontario and Quebec is prompting some public officials to warn residents to “please stay home” as two storms continue to dump snow on the provinces.

"Ontario is expecting total snowfall amounts of between 30 to 40 centimetres, according to weather warnings issued by Environment Canada. In Toronto, the accumulation forced police to temporarily close two major highways Monday morning — the Don Valley Parkway and the Gardiner Expressway."
