Liberal quarantine program was an utter failure

Toronto Sun: "Despite spending $614 million on the testing and quarantine program between March 2020 and August 2021 (most of it from February of this year, onward), the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) could not verify that 30 per cent of travelers let into Canada had even been administered tests to see whether they were infected. Nor could the agency confirm whether more than 25 per cent of travelers ordered into quarantine hotels had actually complied."
