Kenney flips last pancakes as premier at Stampede, puts Alberta Day on calendar

Calgary Sun: '“We rightfully celebrate Canada Day. It’s time we celebrate this place we call home,” Kenney told those gathered for the annual breakfast at McDougall Centre in Calgary.

'“Alberta is worth celebrating.”

'Kenney said it won’t be a statutory holiday, because it comes around the same time as Labour Day.'

UCP screwed the pooch in ousting Kenney without having someone hardworking to take the helm. If the NDP win the next election and resume the business of destroying the province, the malcontents in the UCP have no one to blame but themselves.
