The Post Millennial: 'Former Conservative MP and Ontario Party leader Derek Sloan announced on Monday that conservative strategist and lobbyist Roger Stone would be joining the party as its Senior Strategic Advisor.
'"I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that my friend, the legendary American conservative political strategist Roger Stone, a man whose name is synonymous with successful electoral campaigns, is joining our team as Senior Strategic Advisor for the Ontario Party," wrote Sloan in a tweet.'
'A statement from the party reads: "Roger Stone, a man synonymous with successful conservative political campaigns in the United States, most famously Donald Trump’s 2016 upset victory, has signed on to work for the Ontario Party as their Senior Strategic Advisor.
'"Roger Stone has worked for three American Presidents including Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and Donald Trump, as well as electing dozens of governors, US senators, and congressmen in the United States. As a seasoned veteran of hard-nosed politics, Roger’s insights into campaign strategies designed to take back Ontario will be invaluable to our grassroots campaign going forward.'
