FN delegates ask Pope Francis to revoke doctrine that recognizes unsettled lands as up for grabs

These people are unwell and their grasp of history is at best tenuous. Why would Catholic missionaries seek to convert Indians if they didn't have souls? Why did St. John Brebeuf die a brutal death in an effort to enculturate Canadian Indians if there was to be no spiritual gain? It's all nonsense.
