Feds waste billions on private consultants

Toronto Sun: One of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s many broken promises from the 2015 election that brought him to power was his pledge to reduce the government’s use of private consultants. The Liberal election platform that year accused the Stephen Harper Conservatives of excessively employing outside consultants, claiming up to $3 billion annually could be saved by reducing their numbers, along with other reforms.
